Refund policy
As a 'print to order' service I do not accept returns or give refunds. If your item arrives damaged, has a misprinted part or missing items I will replace the item(s) on receipt of photographic evidence of damage or a printing error. This must be provided within 14 days of receipt of the item. If the packaging has been damaged please send evidence of that also. In the case an item has gone missing in the postal system a full replacement will be issued once the maximum delivery time has elapsed on that item. (usually 21 days)
Cancelling an order is only possible if the order hasn't begun printing which usually gives you 24 hours time to cancel an order before I begin production. Once production begins cancelling an order is no longer an option so please double check your order details carefully.
Please be aware 3D printing takes time and shipping times are not guaranteed. If you are purchasing for a date sensitive gift (birthday etc) please note we are not responsible for the item arriving in time. Please leave plenty of time or contact us about any queries regarding dispatch times.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging where possible. You, the customer are responsible for any shipping costs for returned goods in this manner regardless for the reason you are returning the item. It is advisable to take detailed pictures of your order prior to returning as damaged items cannot be proven to be the postal systems liability and it may affect your return being accepted. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt when you ship the item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
